HOW DOES HOME STYLING WORK?

We will visit your home and review the necessary steps. The meeting is free and takes around 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can send photos or the floor plan.

You will receive an estimate within 24 hours after the visit that explains the project in detail.
03.
The Home Styling is completed the day before, or the same day as the photography.
04.
You will be able to keep the styling during 4 complete weeks, so that you can show off your home without stress.

Consultation
We visit your home and walk through each room together, discussing the changes you can make yourself to boost the property’s appeal before it goes on the market and what you should do to succeed with the photo shoot and viewings. After the meeting, we send you a checklist covering everything we discussed.

Home Styling
Small styling
We start with the furniture already in the home. Room-by-room, we photograph and decide which pieces and décor items can be used for styling; anything unnecessary is packed away.
After the visit you receive an action list with suggestions on how to prepare for photography and viewings. Shortly before the photo shoot we return to highlight the property’s best features. We create a welcoming atmosphere with fresh flowers and props that are loaned to you for the duration of the sale. Minor furniture rearrangement is carried out if needed. We add candles, cut flowers, and seasonal fruit to set the right mood.
The home must be tidied and cleaned before we style.

Medium Styling
Again, we begin with the existing furniture. This package may involve adding or replacing a few smaller pieces such as coffee tables or bedside tables. We then create a harmonious, attractive environment with carefully chosen décor and props: cushions, throws, textiles, rugs, curtains, towels, bedding, artwork, lighting, pots, soaps, candles, and plants.
The home must be tidied and cleaned before we style.

Full Styling & Furnishing
We start with the furniture in place, but a larger number of items—such as sofas, coffee tables, dining tables, or chairs—may be supplemented or replaced. Using a wider range of décor and props, we create a cohesive, inviting look: cushions, throws, textiles, rugs, curtains, towels, bedding, artwork, lighting, pots, soaps, candles, and plants.
The home must be tidied and cleaned before we style.
